We bought a house with storage heaters and an immersion tank but wanted gas central heating and a boiler installed instead. Lee came out for a quote promptly, had a great idea of how it would all work and started installing the heating whilst we were waiting for a connection to the mains gas. That meant when the connection actually happened, our central heater was installed and ready to go. It was an excellent way of approaching the job, and Lee was professional and lovely throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and he will be installing our bathroom in a couple of months too. I would recommend Lee to anyone - he is excellent at his job but also just a great guy.

We have had Lee do a few jobs for us over the last year or two and he has been first class. He knows his stuff but communicates it in a way that those that don't know too much about plumbing can understand.

I then proceeded to contact them (Lee Morris) and he was there the following week to inspect the work that needed to be carried out, and within a couple of days gave me a price to carry out the work along with a start date that suited me.
The work is now complete and having been there whilst the work was being done, I have to say. it was done in a very clean and tidy manner and in the most professional way (no sitting on the mobile phone or leaving the job to go and get whatever!) Thanks so much for coming round so promptly, and sorting out all our heating problems so well. Everything is working now and no leaks to be seen including the boiler room. It's always the way a cold snap comes and the heating goes wrong!

On Monday, I needed a plumber to replace washing machine adaptor so that new washing machine could be installed. After ringing around and getting some ridiculous quotes I found Lee just up the road. He was available straight away and quoted a much more palatable sum than any one else. Within 20 minutes he was knocking on the door and in under an hour he had replaced adaptor and fitted machine. Fabulous service from a friendly and professional plumber; highly recommended.

Over the past 6 years we have had a number of plumbers come and take a look at the heating and whilst they have all undertaken work that seemingly fixed the immediate problem the system has never really worked as well as it should, providing heat somewhat intermittently and not really been user friendly. You were the first to take time to understand the weird set up of the system, not only to fix the immediate problem, but also make recommendation on how it could be made to work better for us in the future.

I required a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate and asked Lee if he could carry out the appropriate inspection. Lee promptly carried out the work, advised me that he gas appliances in the house were in good order and duly provided the appropriate certificate. I will be using Lee's services again in the future and I would have no hesitation in recommended him.

We called out Lee for a plumbing emergency last week. He attended promptly, dealt with the issue, explained everything he did and even returned the next day to ensure everything was still working and re-fix the tiles that had been removed. Very efficient service, highly recommend.
